History of Daichi

Foundation of the company

In 1997 Daichi became the distributor of Daikin air conditioners on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The main trend in the operations of the company is wholesale delivery of HVAC equipment through the network of authorized dealers on the territory of the Russian Federation. Daichi is the first full fledged national distributor of HVAC equipment.
February 1998 marked the first dealer contract and the first delivery of equipment. In the first year of operations Daichi sold 600 air conditioners and had 23 dealer companies.

The first Heat Vent exhibition was held in 1998 with Daichi putting up on display Daikin equipment.
In 2000 Daichi held its first dealer conference in Moscow.

Three years later, the company decided to broaden the geography of its sales. The year 2000 saw the opening of Daichi regional offices in the south of Russia (Daichi-South, Krasnodar), in the Volga region (Daichi-Volga, Togliatti), in the Urals (Daichi-Ural, Ekaterinburg), and in Nizhny Novgorod (Daichi NN, Nizhny Novgorod).
Daichi offices were opened in Novosibirsk (Daichi-Sibir) and Khabarovsk (Daichi-Khabarovsk) in 2002.

The year 2003 saw the start of Daichi-Ukraine as official distributor of HVAC equipment in the Ukraine, and also offices in Sochi and Vladivostok.
In 2004, Daichi held its first dealer conference abroad. That same year Daichi opened an office in Krasnoyarsk.

In 2005, offices were opened in the Baikal zone (Daichi-Baikal), in Astrakhan (Daichi-Astrakhan), in the Chernozemye zone (Daichi-Chernozemye), and in Kaliningrad (Daichi-Baltika).
Daikin Europe N. V. office was opened in Moscow in 2005.

In 2005 Daichi became the official distributor of Kentatsu HVAC equipment.

In 2005 Daichi began participating in the annual exhibition "World of Climate".
The year 2007 saw the opening of Daichi-Omsk and another office in Rostov-on-the-Don in 2010.

In 2007 Daichi marked its tenth anniversary in Singapore.
In 2011 Daichi became the partner and distributor of the Chinese industrial giant Midea.
On the 28th of August, 2012 Daichi won exclusive rights for the sale of Samsung Electronics VRF systems and commercial AC equipment on the Russian market.
