Sales Director (Data Center)
Responsibilities
- Work with complex technical equipment for data centers (climate equipment only) - chillers, precision air conditioners, heat exchange equipment, VRF, etc.;
- Manage a full-cycle sales development strategy for the division;
- Administration in the formation and development of the product portfolio in collaboration with the manufacturer;
- Search process new clients (B2B);
- Identify client needs and develop optimal IT refrigeration solutions (working in collaboration with the technical department);
- Presentations and consultations for clients;
- Prepare commercial proposals and participate in tenders;
- Build long-term relationships with clients;
- Work with the existing client base and expand cooperation;
- Participate in industry-specific events (conferences, exhibitions);
- Analyze the market and competitive environment;
- Report on completed work.
Requirements
- Higher technical education - Bachelor's degree, Master's degree;
- Experience working with data centers or related structures, deep knowledge of the data center market;
- Experience sell engineering equipment;
- Negotiation skills with top management, understanding of the stages of the transaction cycle;
- Implementation of large-scale projects for the supply of equipment and products, and the closing of large projects;
- English language proficiency at least at a B2 level (the second stage of the interview will be conducted in English).
Terms
- Training at the Daichi training center (Moscow);
- Based on the results of the probationary period, we are prepared to consider training at the training center at the Midea MBT headquarters and production facility (Guangzhou, Chongqing, China);
- 5-day work schedule (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, start/end adjustments are possible);
- Official employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
- Salary + quarterly bonuses + annual bonus. Salary level is determined based on the interview results;
